Many of us have heard about attachment theory. Maybe you've noticed certain patterns playing out in your relationships. Patterns that you may not like but aren't sure how to change either.
Changing a pattern that no longer serves us is challenging. It's a balancing act between accepting and loving ourselves as we are and staying open and curious about what we can shift.
This Meetup is structured as a real discussion, not a lecture. It is about honest sharing and learning from one another.
If you lean anxious, come curious about what it's like to be more avoidant. You will be able to hear directly from an avoidant individual what actually helps them feel safe in a relationship. If you lean avoidant, come curious about what drives the anxious experience, and what it's really asking for underneath.
This workshop is for everyone, wherever you are in your relationship journey. And if this just sounds interesting and you don't know the first thing about attachment styles, you're absolutely welcome too. No homework required.
