Creating the Relationship You Want from Inside Out

When we are longing for a relationship, it is natural to daydream about finding our person. We put our attention out there, looking for them, asking, "Where are you?"

From my experience: It is less about finding your person and more about becoming the person who is ready to create an amazing relationship. When that shift happens, you will stop chasing the wrong people and start noticing the right ones.

How do we become someone who can co-create a great relationship? One way is by committing to learning and practicing loving relationship skills.

Yes, relationship skills can be learned by anyone — and they are worth every bit of effort. So much pain can be avoided by embodying and applying them.

When a romantic relationship is in the romance stage, life feels wonderful. To be in love is one of the most magnificent feelings in the world. It feels like anything is possible. But we all learn, at some point, that romance does not last — eventually, real life kicks in. With that come the challenges and power struggles.

But what if you knew how to navigate this shift well? What if you had the skills to handle inevitable conflicts and come out a stronger couple because of them? What if you could fairly easily find your way back to each other when you start to drift apart?

What if on the other side of the romance stage is something even sweeter — true love. "A partner who is a trampoline for your growth and a sanctuary for your heart," as my teacher Annie Lalla says.

Imagine a relationship where both you and your partner are committed to learning, growing, and building something conscious together — supporting each other every step of the way.

Because all of this is possible, I am offering a class called Creating the Relationship You Want from the Inside Out.

Each week, we explore the skills needed to both find love and keep it alive.

If you are genuinely interested in creating a healthy, meaningful relationship, I invite you to join me for a five-week, in-person class.

This group is for those ready to grow — both personally and relationally.

Cost: $90.00 for the series.

The $90 session fee covers all five classes and can't be prorated or carried forward for future classes — but if you do miss a class, I'll make sure you receive detailed notes on what was covered.
